Erste Digital, part of Erste Group, seeks a Head of Payments Solutions (IT) to lead the Payments Tribe. You will shape the future of digital payments, building scalable platforms and championing reliability and security across payment systems.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategy into technology, define the IT roadmap, and drive innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Proven engineering leader with multi-technology, high-volume systems experience.
• Deep expertise in payment systems architecture, integration, and operations.
• Strong understanding of payment regulations and compliance (SWIFT, PSD2).
• Strategic thinker able to define a technology roadmap across Erste Bank entities.
• Experience delivering complex IT projects in regulated environments.

Aufgaben

• Co-lead the Payments Tribe with business stakeholders to translate strategy into tech solutions.
• Define and own the IT roadmap for the Payments Tribe aligning with growth and reliability.
• Drive automation and optimization of payment processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Tribes to ensure excellent end-to-end customer experience.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of all payment systems.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of payment technology experts.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships in the payment ecosystem.
