The Stock Controller will partner with the team to build the Stone Island community and contribute to the team's goals.

Your Impact

The Day-To-Day

• Ensuring that all stock operations are performed to the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, with the primary task of ensuring that products are always available for customers.
• Efficiently organizing and maintaining the stockrooms, overseeing product rotations, new arrivals, and changes so that the sales team has all the information needed to provide effective customer service.
• Handling product replenishment and stock activities, managing regular stock counts, inventories, and stock maintenance.
• Ensuring regular counts are conducted and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Managing customer repair requests, handling customer complaints, and ensuring the company's after-sales procedures are accurately followed.
• Supporting all colleagues performing administrative tasks.
• Participating in all necessary operational activities to ensure business efficiency.
• Ensuring company policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to at all times.
• Systematically collaborating in the creation and execution of inventories.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications.

• At least some experience in fashion retail / hospitality / hotel industry, or interest in/study of fashion-related courses - experience in the luxury retail sector will be an advantage;
• Organized and trustworthy with flexibility, agility and a team-oriented attitude;
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
• Independent, able to work autonomously, and highly motivated;
• Willingness to develop within the organization, flexible to adopt best practices for business improvement;
• Fluent in German and good English skills - additional languages are an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Openness to new technologies.
