Tory Burch Parndorf is seeking a Full Time Stock Manager for our new Parndorf, Designer Outlet store opening in Autumn 2026. You will oversee inventory control, product flow and day-to-day operations to ensure excellence in store performance.

• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Due to the expansion of our retail store network Europe, we are looking for a Full Time Stock Manager for the our new Tory Burch store in Parndorf, Designer Outlet, Vienna opening early Autumn 2026.

A Day In The Life:

The typical day is… As the operational expert, you are fully versed in all operational policies, procedures and guidelines for all aspects of the store. You might be maintaining inventory accuracy and product flow, training store staff on technology and operational procedures, partnering with the General manager and cross—functional partners to manage and maintain annual budgets, managing people resources, leading by example and setting clear goals and expectations to hold people accountable to a high standard of excellence.

You may also support the customer experience by working with PR/Marketing to execute special event needs. The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.
