The role requires a university student in technical or business fields, strong Excel skills (macros and automation), familiarity with AI tools, and proactive, precise collaboration with stakeholders. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Student in university or university of applied sciences in technical or economic fields.
• Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel with macros and automation; basic AI tools understanding.
• Working style: Proactive, precise, structured; strong ownership and teamwork.
• Nice to have: Studies combining technical and economics; experience in project management tools.
• Language: Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Plan, update and maintain project plans and track progress.
• Handle configuration and access management for project assets.
• Organize internal and external meetings and manage logistics.
• Prepare presentations, evaluations and reports as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Analyze project cost data and support cost reporting to stakeholders.
• Support resource and cost planning and maintain data in project management tools and Confluence.
