Qualifikationen

• Develop and evaluate LLM-based information extraction pipelines for pathology reports.
• Design validation and quality-control workflows for extracted clinical features.
• Integrate pathology-derived features with structured clinical metadata.
• Develop and evaluate predictive and interpretable machine learning models.
• Contribute to scientific publications, technical reports, and dissemination activities.
