ANDRITZ AG is seeking an AI Engineer (m/f/d) for around 20h/week to drive AI-enabled digitalization across our Graz-based operations. You will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that span data science, LLMs, and automation within our industrial software ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in AI/ML and LLM-based architectures.
• Data science workflows: data prep, training, evaluation, deployment.
• Strong Python programming skills and ML/AI libraries.
• Experience with low-code AI agent development and automation tools.
• Experience with cloud-based AI systems in Azure is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and optimize ML/AI models, with strong emphasis on LLMs.
• Build and deploy intelligent agents using Copilot Studio.
• Implement automation solutions with Power Automate to streamline workflows.
• Contribute to high-code AI development using Azure AI Foundry.
• Collaborate with data scientists, domain experts, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, security, governance and compliance.
• Support design of scalable AI architectures, including modular agentic systems.
• Maintain documentation, testing, monitoring and continuous improvement of AI systems.
• Stay up to date on emerging AI technologies and trends.
