Job Summary

Solo Resource Recovery is a family‑owned business providing waste removal and recycling services throughout Australia. We are looking for an experienced leader to manage our Municipal Collection contracts in Adelaide, SA. The role will be based at our North Plympton office and involves maintaining daily municipal wheelie bin collection.

Responsibilities
  • Directly manage a team of drivers, ensuring efficient collection of municipal waste.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for service and operational requests from Council.
  • Build strong relationships within the team and uphold a strong service ethic.
  • Act promptly to resolve operational issues and make fact‑based decisions.
  • Adhere to company standards and lead by example.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of people management experience, preferably in waste management.
  • Valid HR truck licence and clean RTA driving history.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of safe work practices.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to undergo a pre‑employment medical and drug test.
