• Software developer with a mathematical background
• IT education or several years of professional experience
• Experience in web development (REST services) helpful
• Solid knowledge preferably in .NET or other object-oriented programming languages such as Java or Python
• Experience with common algorithms in the field of graph theory and linear optimization desired
• Experience in the development and implementation of mathematical models and algorithms for the optimization of logistics processes with a focus on routing and scheduling problems
• Know-how in the field of business analysis and derivation of optimization problems is an advantage
• Routine in dealing with version control technologies (Git) and common testing and quality standards (unit tests, CI/CD, code reviews)
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
