We support people with disability – many with complex psychosocial needs, behaviours of concern and/or guardianship – to live safely, meaningfully and on their own terms.

We are now seeking an Operations & Client Outcomes Manager to help us strengthen our services and grow sustainably.

The role

Reporting directly to the Director, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our NDIS services with a strong focus on:

  • Client outcomes and satisfaction
  • Quality, safety and NDIS compliance
  • Supporting and developing frontline staff
  • Sustainable growth in participants, hours and revenue

This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to participants and staff, while also improving systems, rosters and service quality.

Core onsite hours: 9:00am–17:00pm (Mon–Fri), with additional administration/leadership duties performed outside these hours to meet workload and KPI requirements.
We’re open to full-time or 0.8 FTE / 4 days per week for the right person.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee service delivery and client outcomes across SIL, in‑home and community supports
  • Lead and support Service Coordinators / Team leader, including supervision, coaching and performance feedback
  • Work with the Director and admin team to ensure safe, efficient and financially sustainable rosters that comply with SCHADS
  • Monitor utilisation, billable hours and roster margins, and recommend improvements
  • Oversee incidents and complaints, ensuring they are recorded and responded to within required timeframes
  • Maintain a strong focus on NDIS quality, documentation and audit readiness
  • Build and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, hospitals, OPA, allied health and other providers
  • Contribute to Evida Living’s strategic growth plan, and help turn that plan into practical action
