Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the efficiency and safety of daily operations at the factory
• Lead, train, and supervise production and operations staff to enhance performance and reduce downtime
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure high‑quality products are produced consistently
• Work with procurement and inventory teams to ensure raw materials are available and manage dispatch operations
• Prepare and maintain operational reports on efficiency, quality, and other key performance indicators
