A prominent medical service organization in Australia is seeking an Operations Centre Manager to lead their Operations Centre Team. You will ensure efficient transport services, manage team performance, and drive continuous improvement. As the Operations Centre Manager, you will foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation across RFDS Victoria's Operations Centre Team to deliver efficient, high‑quality transport services. You will drive continuous improvement and translate strategic plans into effective operational frameworks, while supporting budgeting, performance reporting, and external audits and accreditation processes.
