This is a full-time position supporting our Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a dynamic, people-focused business.

About Us

Event Personnel Australia is part of One Mob Pty Ltd a proudly Australian-owned business providing skilled event crew and labour services across WA and SA.

Known for our responsiveness, integrity, client focus, and reliability, EPA has built a strong reputation in the events industry by delivering consistent, high-standard service.

As our operations continue to grow, we are expanding our team with someone who is passionate about teamwork, organisation, and supporting the success of both clients and crew.

About the Role

This role plays a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator, supporting administrative, operational, and logistical requirements while helping ensure crew, clients, and bookings are coordinated accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing administrative and operational tasks including record keeping, data entry, and maintaining crew licences/inductions.
  • Responding to client enquiries and supporting booking confirmations in our CMS.
  • Assisting with crew scheduling and internal communications.
  • Preparing PPE, crew kits, and managing inventory and storeroom organisation.
  • Supporting recruitment activities, onboarding, and training coordination.
  • Assisting with business development tasks including lead tracking and meeting scheduling.
  • Providing on-site support during event bump-ins and bump-outs as required.
  • Acting in a relief capacity for the Operations Coordinator when needed.

This role requires flexibility to respond to occasional urgent calls or emails outside normal hours, particularly during peak periods.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent service. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting both people and processes.

Core qualifications
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • High attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking and responding to changing priorities.
  • Confidence using systems/software for scheduling and record management.
Highly regarded
  • Previous operations, scheduling, event, or logistics experience.
  • Experience in fast-paced, service-based businesses.
  • Understanding of PPE and basic inventory practices.

Training will be provided in EPA’s systems and processes, and you will be fully supported by our leadership team.

Why Work With Us?
  • Be part of a supportive, hard-working, values-driven team.
  • Opportunities for upskilling, cross-training, and career progression.
  • Genuine variety in your day; both office-based and on-site support.
  • A workplace where your contribution genuinely matters.
