Lomography in Vienna is seeking a committed intern for the Online Shop & LomoLAB team. You will help with day-to-day operations of the online shop, customer support, and order processing, working with our international teams.

You will also assist in product testing, photography shoots, optimizing product pages, and lab tasks during busy periods. Fluent English and good photography knowledge are valuable; MS Office skills preferred.

Aufgaben

• Help managing day-to-day operations of the online shop including customer support and order processing.
• Help managing returns, exchanges and refunds from direct channel customers.
• Assist in product testing and shootings with in-house photo and video teams.
• Help to optimize product and category pages.
• Assist LomoLAB lab tasks such as film development and scanning during busy periods.
