NXP Semiconductors is seeking a System Validation Engineer in Gratkorn, Austria, to verify products from a customer-system perspective and to broaden technical scope in NFC-related areas.

You will define test plans, create and verify system test cases, and drive automated/manual testing while collaborating with international teams. Strong Python/C skills, lab equipment experience, and English fluency are required.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years in system validation, preferably in semiconductors
• Proficient in Python and scripting
• Strong knowledge of C and microcontrollers
• Experience with test automation and lab equipment
• Familiarity with SPI, I2C, UART interfaces
• Experience with version control tools
• Strong analytical and structured working style
• Fluent in English

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the definition of a test plan based on product/system requirements
• Create and verify system test cases according to a test plan
• Analyze, optimize and maintain existing test cases
• Drive and run system tests both automated and manual
• Document test cases, test results and problem reports
• Drive issue debugging in an international, cross-disciplinary project team
• Drive further innovations in our daily way of working
• Maintain and extend NFC/UWB system test environment
