As Next Gen Creative Director at REICHLUNDPARTNER, you’ll lead a creative team and set creative standards. Together with your team, you’ll develop work that moves people, inspires clients, and impresses international juries. You’ll create an environment where exceptional talent can perform at its best.

What you’ll bring to the table

• Several years of experience as an art director or concept developer at a renowned creative agency
• Experience developing integrated campaigns for national and international brands
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for inspiring and developing people
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a deep understanding of brand management, communication, and business
• Excellent command of German and English

Creative Intelligence & GenAI

Know when traditional creativity is called for, when AI provides the decisive edge, and how the two can be combined to create a new standard for creativity. Inspire your team to embrace creativity and technology and share your knowledge.

• Experience with modern GenAI tools such as Weavy.ai, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Adobe, Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Ideogram, Runway, Veo, Sora, Kling AI, ElevenLabs, Typeca, stUdio, Suno, and similar platforms for text, images, audio, music, video, and creative workflow automation
• Experience with moving images, video editing, motion design, and content production preferred
