About the role

We are seeking a National Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimise our service delivery operations across Australia. In this key leadership role within Visy’s Recycling division, you’ll manage two teams – Service Delivery and Logistics Coordination – responsible for ensuring smooth operations and meeting service targets. You’ll focus on driving process improvements, resolving issues quickly, and developing a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop customer service teams to achieve KPI’s and operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and escalations.
  • Implement process improvements with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage external vendor relationships and performance in line with business expectations.
  • Identify, investigate and implement strategies to reduce service failures.
  • Oversee logistics coordination, including scheduling, SAP data integrity, and stock movements.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and insights to senior management.
