Our client, a prominent Federal Government agency is seeking MULTIPLE skilled and experienced Program Manager/Project Manager to lead mission‑critical projects within a collaborative, high‑performing team, overseeing and coordinating multiple initiatives across their Canberra, Melbourne or Adelaide offices. This role offers a 6‑month contract—with a strong likelihood of extension for a further 12 months—reflecting the strategic importance of the work.

Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership to senior and junior project managers
• Ensure projects are adhering to established plans, standards, processes, and procedures
• Understand, translate and prioritise project interdependencies
• Track multiple project costs, scope schedules and performance against project milestones
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture
• Demonstrated clear, effective communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment
