Zusammenfassung

Partner Company is seeking an experienced Product Manager (Mobile) to own features end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration. You will collaborate with engineering, design, QA, analytics and other PMs in a highly autonomous environment to deliver engaging mobile experiences.

Requirements include hands-on product leadership, independent problem solving, strong analytical judgment, and fluency in Russian with working English.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on product management experience with mobile products.
• Ability to work independently on open-ended problems.
• Strong product judgment and pragmatic trade-offs.
• Solid understanding of mobile development and backend interactions.
• Strong analytical skills and product-metrics literacy.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Experience with A/B testing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of retention/engagement/monetization mechanics is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Own mobile product features end-to-end from discovery to iteration.
• Translate business objectives into clear product solutions.
• Define user flows, requirements, constraints, edge cases, and success metrics.
• Evaluate solutions by balancing impact, effort, complexity, and time to market.
• Define MVPs and manage scope for future iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, analytics, and other PMs.
• Consider mobile client and backend constraints in solutions.
• Establish success metrics before launch and analyze post-launch data.
• Document requirements clearly for delivery and QA teams.
• Manage changes, risks, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
