planlicht GmbH & Co.KG sucht zur Verstärkung des Einkaufsteams eine engagierte Fachkraft für Beschaffung. Sie entwickeln Prozesse, kümmern sich um internationale Lieferantenbeziehungen und treiben Einsparpotenziale voran.

Dazu gehört die Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten, Markt- und Preisrecherchen sowie die enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen, um Verfügbarkeit, Qualität und Kostenziele sicherzustellen.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Lehre/Ausbildung.

• Auswahl, Betreuung und Entwicklung unseres internationalen Lieferanten-Netzwerks.

Your mission

• Selection, management and development of our international supplier network
• Obtaining, analysing & comparing quotes, as well as conducting market & price research
• Monitoring of delivery dates as well as quality and cost targets
• Ensuring material availability in close coordination with internal interfaces
• Assisting with the identification and implementation of savings and optimisation potentials
• Support for internal projects related to purchasing

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship (e.g., HAK, HLW, HTL, commercial or technical apprenticeship)
• Previous professional experience advantageous, ideally in procurement, dispatch, supply chain management or similar.
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced in working with ERP systems
• Structured, self‑reliant and solution‑oriented approach to work
• Analytical thinking, strong communication skills & a professional demeanour
• Good knowledge of German and English, spoken and written

A minimum KV gross monthly salary of €2,362 is envisioned for this position on a full‑time basis. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a higher classification or overpayment is a matter of course for us.
