Avanade Inc. is seeking a qualified project leader in Austria to collaborate with customers, define lifecycle goals, and drive agile delivery on Microsoft-based initiatives.

You will develop innovative solutions and high-level architecture blueprints, plan and budget confidently, manage on-site sub-projects, and coordinate with account, service and sales teams to shape offers and ensure customer success. Strong leadership, communication, and client focus are essential.

• Confident planning, budgeting, and project management according to the dynamic principle of agile working.
• Contribute knowledge of customer requirements in collaboration with account, service and sales departments.
• Active support in presales and sales processes, for example by helping to create offers.
• Responsibility for customer interfaces in the sense of sub-project management -- mostly on-site.
