The Social Hub in Vienna is seeking a Meeting & Events Coordinator to drive commercial results and manage bookings for our Vienna location. You’ll sell meeting rooms, hotel rooms, and dinner services while ensuring guests connect with our unique spaces and experiences.

Fluency in German and English, 1–2 years in hospitality, and a highly organized, guest-focused mindset are essential. This hybrid role offers growth, team collaboration, and employee discounts across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience, hospitality a plus.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
• Living in the Vienna area.
• Positive, can-do attitude and team player.
• Sales driven with cross- and upselling skills.
• Guest- and service-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Handle questions and bookings for commercial partnerships via multiple channels.
• Develop customer accounts to drive business for Vienna locations.
• Identify opportunities within current strategies.
• From admin to hosting, manage correspondence and files.
• Prepare meeting & events sheets for the banqueting team.
• Host meetings with banqueting department and stakeholders.
• Maintain follow-up system to secure repeat business.
• Support Finance with invoicing and payments.
• Compile statistics and reporting for management teams.
• Assist with local commercial strategy rollout.
