Zusammenfassung

Zoku Vienna is seeking a Meeting & Events Intern starting February 2027. You’ll be the first contact for reservations, guiding clients from inquiry to booking and coordinating with our operations team. You’ll work closely with our M&E Specialist, Sales and Operations to optimize bookings and ensure smooth handovers.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in event coordination within a dynamic, people‑first hospitality concept and have opportunities to build strong client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a hospitality student completing an internship (min. 6–10 months).
• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English.
• EU resident or valid Austria work permit.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first point of contact for M&E reservations and inquiries.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to optimize bookings.
• Assist on the floor during events to ensure guest satisfaction.
