Zusammenfassung

Zoku Vienna is hiring a Junior Meeting & Events Specialist to convert inquiries, plan and coordinate all meetings and events in Vienna. You will be the administrative and relationship-management star, handling bookings, invoices and ensuring the culinary/operational team understands every requirement.

You will work with the Meeting & Partnership Manager, coordinating with service and culinary teams to deliver memorable events and exceptional guest service, while maintaining Zoku's tone of voice

Qualifikationen

• 6 months experience in a similar sales/events/office function in hospitality.
• EU resident or have a valid working and residence permit for Austria.
• Available Part Time (20 hours/2.5 days a week between 9.00 -17:00) from October to February. Contract may be extended.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Fluent in both English and German; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage bookings, inquiries and invoices; keep stakeholders informed for M&E.
• Coordinate event details and on-site execution with M&E Operations.
• Deliver unforgettable corporate and social events in collaboration with guests and internal teams.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction through smooth service and communication from first contact to day of meeting.
• Keep admin organized, manage feedback and invoices.
