  • Support the development of engineering tools and systems and drive the adoption of automation solutions that improve productivity and accuracy.

  • Define requirements for newly developed structural components and support related approval and compliance processes.

  • Act as a key interface between R&D, Engineering, Production, and Installation teams to ensure successful implementation of improvements and changes.

  • Lead and develop the global Structural Expert Community, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.

  • Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize workflows and engineering processes.

Your background

  • Master’s degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.

  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical structures engineering or a related technical field.

  • Recognized technical expertise and strong understanding of structural engineering principles.

  • Experience with engineering tools such as Tekla, STAAD, and Ansys.

  • Strong knowledge of structural steel design standards and codes, including EN standards, Eurocode, and IBC.

  • Experience with High Voltage Switchgear products and supporting steel structures is considered a strong advantage.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Why Join Us?
