About the Role

We are currently seeking Full Time Masters less than 45m to join our operations here in South-East Queensland. Based out of Cleveland and Redland Bay, these positions require energy, motivation, enthusiasm and the flexibility to meet operational demands.

As Master you will be responsible for the daily efficient operation of your vessel, whilst always maintaining excellence in safety, leadership, customer service, and reliability. The primary function of the role is the safe and secure operation and navigation of the vessel and to ensure the health and safety of all passengers and crew on board.

In addition, maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, company policies, procedures and responsibility for the implementation and verification of the vessel’s Safety Management System.

If you have a proven track record as a dedicated strong leader, with a high standard of interpersonal and organisational skills, have adept written and verbal communication skills and proven safe ship handling experience this role is for you.

The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate experience working within fast-paced, dynamic teams; have exceptional leadership skills, vessel-handling ability, knowledge and compliance of legislation and operating procedures, customer service, and a safety focused approach.

• PEC for Moreton Bay - Highly desirable
