Job Title: Marketing Project Manager
Location: Remote, United States
Duration: 5 month contract- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $62.00-$68.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
Project & Workflow Management
- Manage the end-to-end execution of brand and marketing projects — from kick-off through delivery.
- Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, and work back schedules, ensuring all deliverables stay on track.
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to align project goals, creative briefs, and priorities.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between brand, design, marketing, comms, and product teams.
- Drive project reviews and feedback cycles, ensuring alignment and approvals at key stages.
Creative Operations
- Oversee asset development and delivery for digital, social, CRM, and partnership campaigns.
- Ensure that all creative meets brand guidelines, technical specs, and market requirements.
- Manage production details, trafficking, and QA processes across deliverables.
- Support creative handoffs, versioning, and asset tracking — ensuring everything is properly archived and documented.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve tools, and increase team efficiency.
Brand Coordination & Support
- Collaborate with the Brand and Creative teams to ensure all projects reflect the brand’s tone, look, and feel.
- Help maintain consistency across marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Serve as a go-to partner for status updates, timelines, and coordination across multiple workstreams.
- Support the implementation of new brand initiatives and ensure they are executed effectively across teams and regions.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or creative production, ideally within consumer tech, fintech, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills — able to keep cross-functional partners aligned and informed.
- Experience working with creative agencies, designers, and production teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with design and content production processes (Figma, Adobe Suite, asset management tools).
