A leading health organization is seeking a Marketing Manager to define the go-to-market strategy and oversee cross-functional coordination in Vienna, Austria. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, possess strong analytical and leadership skills, and be fluent in German and English. The position offers a market-competitive salary starting at €61,400 annually with additional incentives and career development opportunities.

Define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department and implement supporting tactical plans/projects. This role will own the go-to-market strategy, cross‑functional coordination, and performance optimization to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.
