MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (m/w/d)

Job Requirements

• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Effizienz in der Produktion
• Erarbeitung und Realisierung von Einsparungspotenzialen (Savings) in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
• Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance bei der Ermittlung, Nachverfolgung und Berichterstattung von Savings und Investitionen
• Mitarbeit an technischen Verbesserungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten
• Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und Kommunikation in englischer Sprache

What your background should look like

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni oder vergleichbar) mit Schwerpunkt Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
• Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
• Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse und industrielle Abläufe
• Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Vorteil
• Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Kommunikationsstärke

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.449,10 brutto pro Monat. Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation, Ihrer Erfahrung und Ihren Fachkenntnissen bieten wir für diese Position ein Gehalt von etwa € 4.200,- brutto pro Monat (14-mal jährlich).
