Zusammenfassung

Novartis is seeking a Manager for US Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance Change Management Excellence in a hybrid setup (East Hanover, NJ). Qualifikationen

  • Minimum 3 years of pharmacovigilance experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
  • Proven experience leading projects, programs, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities across complex organizations.
  • Experience driving process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies.
  • Knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance environments.
  • Experience using digital and data-driven tools to support operational decision making and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Salary and Compensation

The salary for this position is expected to range between $119,700 and $223,000 per year.

The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.

Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
