Based in our Oxley Head office, this hands‑on leadership role oversees day‑to‑day emergency response operations, safety management, and team capability. You'll work across a diverse range of rescue & training environments and play a key role in developing the skills and readiness of our operational teams.
Relevant technical rescue, first aid, driving, and incident management qualifications will be highly regarded.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3‑5 years operational experience in emergency services, Australian Defence Force, or similar organisations.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment must be obtained within 6 months of commencing the role if not currently held.
Remuneration will be discussed during interviews and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
