Reporting to the Director Development Services, the Manager Building & Regulatory Services leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for the delivery of Council's building compliance, regulatory enforcement, and fire safety programs.
The role oversees development assessments under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act, ensures enforcement of key legislation including the Dog and Cat Management Act, Local Nuisance and Litter Control Act, and the Local Government Act, and manages inspections, investigations, and fire safety compliance across the region.
