Sonova Group is seeking a Manager AI Business Solutions to drive identification, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions across the organization. You will bridge business and technology teams, translating needs into scalable AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.

• 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI solutions, or similar roles.
• Experience scaling AI-driven solutions in cross-functional settings.

Manager AI Business Solutions

AsManager AI Business Solutions, you will drive the identification, implementation and adoption of AI solutions across the organization. You will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

You will manage AI initiatives end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and defining use cases to implementation, adoption, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

More about you :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Digital Transformation, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI solutions, business process improvement, or similar roles.
• Experience implementing and scaling digital or AI-driven solutions in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI and its practical business applications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business solutions.
• Experience working in global and multicultural environments.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have

• Customer Experience and/or Operations background.
• Experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
• Knowledge of data, analytics, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• AI or change management certifications.
