Parfums Christian Dior in Vienna is offering an INTERN MARKETING & PR (M/W/D) 50% position within our PR team. You will support targeted outreach to journalists and VIPs and help shape product storytelling in the luxury beauty space.

You will collaborate with marketing, retail and digital teams, coordinate press sends, track coverage and assist with casting for launches. Fluent German and English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Strong detail-orientation, a hands-on mentality, and very good prioritization skills.
• Able to adapt your communication to each interlocutor.
• Graduated from a business school, hotel school or university with a degree in Communication or Marketing.
• Ideally already possess prior working experience within PR or Luxury industry.
• You are fluent in German and English; French is a strong plus.
• Outgoing and independent personality with an understanding of the Beauty and the Luxury industry.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate PR communication for journalists and VIPs, implementing the VIP and journalist strategy and serving as the primary contact for novelties.
• Responsible for monthly reporting of press clipping editorials and Instagram tracking, analyzing and reporting the results of various strategies, and implementing key learnings.
• Prepare product orders and shipments for journalists using Art of Gifting, and organize press send-outs for journalists and VIPs for new launches.
• Identify new VIPs and create casting proposals for upcoming launches.
