• Previous experience managing technology development projects with vendors.
• Experience with system integrations in hospitality or retail contexts.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and project management.
• Willingness to travel internationally frequently.

Aufgaben

• Act as the main technical contact and project manager with vendors.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of the new loyalty platform.
• Manage integration with existing hotel systems, particularly PMS.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during implementation.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets related to technology.
