Semperit Industrial Product(S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Expert to be the central point of contact for logistics topics across our international locations. You will ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective transportation processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service levels.

The role involves coordinating international shipments, working with freight forwarders, and supporting sites across Europe, Asia, and the US.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with international transportation networks and logistics service providers.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and monitor international inbound and outbound shipments (land, ocean & air freight).
• Manage and collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
• Support and advise our locations across Europe, Asia, and the US.
• Analyze logistics data, costs, and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support logistics tenders, supplier evaluations, and provider management.
• Drive process standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop alternative transportation concepts and strengthen supply chain resilience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service levels.

Your Mission

As a Logistics Expert, you will be the central point of contact for logistics topics across our international locations and ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor international inbound and outbound shipments (land, ocean & air freight)
• Manage and collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers
• Support and advise our locations across Europe, Asia, and the US

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
• Experience with international transportation networks and logistics service providers

Languages

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• German and additional languages are a plus

Mobility

• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
• Regular presence at our sites in Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, and Poland as required

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• SAP and advanced MS Excel knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Annual gross salary:

from EUR 4,790.23 (according to the collective agreement of the chemical industry, full-time)
