We’re looking for a LOAN MANAGER to join our friendly and professional team at Premier Tax & Bookkeeping at Campbelltown, SA. In this pivotal role, you’ll support our brokers with the end-to-end processing of home loan applications, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless, stress-free journey from submission to settlement.

What You’ll Do
  • Support brokers throughout the entire loan process from application to settlement.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, conveyancers, and other key stakeholders to keep applications moving smoothly.
  • Manage client documentation and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and organised digital records.
  • Provide clear and timely communication at every stage of the process.
  • Contribute ideas to improve internal systems, workflows, and overall team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in loan processing, mortgage broker support, or banking/finance administration.
  • Hands‑on experience in loan processing software, preferably AFG/Flex.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Clear, professional, and confident communication, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, team‑oriented attitude with a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
