Zusammenfassung

Accenture PLC is seeking an AI Large Language Model (LLM) Technology Architect to lead hands-on design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI systems. You will architect agent-based solutions, integrate foundation models, and ensure security and governance across client engagements.

The role blends architecture craft with practical development, enabling you to contribute to ADRs, data flows, and integration specs while partnering with data engineers and application developers.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in designing & deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions using agentic, generative and classical AI/ML across at least one cloud vendor.
• Experience in Agentic, LLM and Generative AI spaces.
• Proficient in Python coding.
• Strong foundations in architecting and operationalizing LLM-driven application architectures.
• Professional experience in coding, ML/DL and NLP solutions.
• Extensive hands-on ML architect experience with big data and large-scale analytical engineering.

Aufgaben

• Independently design, build, and deliver AI software components end-to-end.
• Architect AI agent patterns including prompts, tools, skills, multi-agent orchestration, and memory systems.
• Prototype agent orchestration, state management, and error recovery with validated demos.
• Evaluate design options balancing capability, cost, performance, and reliability.
• Design evaluation strategies for agent/system quality metrics like accuracy and faithfulness.
• Integrate foundation models (fine-tuning, RAG, custom integration) based on trade-offs.
• Build the AI context layer with data ingestion, chunking, enrichment, and retrieval grounding.
• Implement embedding/vector storage and retrieval into end-to-end RAG pipelines.
• Develop memory components for grounding prompts and conversation state.
• Create reusable components and patterns for faster delivery across engagements.
• Optimize cost, latency, throughput, and resource utilization for enterprise needs.
• Ensure security, guardrails, PII handling, and Responsible AI practices.
• Establish governance including versioning, audit logs, and lineage.
• Incorporate observability: logging, tracing, monitoring, alerting, cost tracking.
• Produce architecture artifacts (ADRs, blueprints, diagrams) to guide teams.
• Continuously learn new patterns and technologies across AI landscape.
• Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and developers to meet stakeholder needs.
