OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking a proactive IT professional to own the administration, automation, and ongoing development of our Linux client infrastructure, ensuring a stable, secure, and modern environment.

You will drive packaging, automation, and lifecycle management of software packages while collaborating with our international IT Service Desk and other IT teams to deliver a high-quality IT service experience for employees.

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT education or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on Linux experience or strong DIY Linux background.
• Scripting and automation experience; Ansible is a plus.
• Independent, proactive work in an international team.
• Good English communication in an international setting.

• Take ownership of administration, automation, and development of Linux client infrastructure.
• Drive packaging, automation, and lifecycle management of software packages.
• Contribute to internal IT projects and optimize existing IT solutions.
