Cytiva, part of Danaher’s life sciences portfolio, is seeking a Customer Complaint Handling Specialist to manage end-to-end complaint processes in our Grens, Switzerland site. You will review feedback, classify issues, and ensure timely investigations and documentation in line with GMP requirements.

The role requires a science or engineering degree and 2–3 years of GMP complaint-handling experience, plus fluent English and French.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Quality Management or Cell Therapy (preferred).
• 2–3 years complaint handling experience in GMP/medical device establishment preferred.
• Fluent English and French language skills (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Receiving, reviewing, and processing customers feedback while using Good Documentation Practices.
• Processing complaints through classification of complaints, contact and product follow ups, maintaining investigation records and all other supporting documentation, and complete/assign additional actions as necessary to close the complaint.
• Evaluate the complaints for potential health hazard and determine if complaints require escalation.
• Review’s complaint investigation to ensure investigations meet procedural requirements.
• Participate in complaint investigation with the relevant Subject Matter Experts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
