CAE Inc. in Vienna-Schwechat invites experienced aviation professionals to join our growing Synthetic Flight & Ground School team at our new training centre. As a full-time Instructors, you will deliver high-quality training, combine classroom and in-sim sessions, and maintain accurate trainee records.

Live and work in Austria, with opportunities to advance as we expand our European capabilities. A valid EASA licence and 1500+ total multi-pilot hours are preferred, and fluency in English is

Qualifikationen

• EASA licence required.
• 1500 hours total multi-pilot time.
• CFI, SFI or SFE experience preferred but not required.
• Must read, speak, and converse in English at a high level.
• Live within commutable distance to Schwechat.
• Right to live and work in Austria.
• Prepared to spend time outside of Austria for initial type/SFI ratings.

Aufgaben

• Ensure quality delivery of client training across classroom, ground school and in-simulator training.
• Monitor and assure compliance to all authorizations and qualifications.
• Increase instructor qualifications as required by the program.
• Conduct quality pre- and post-flight briefings.
• Suggest curriculum and courseware improvements to enhance the client experience.
• Assist the Lead with duties when requested.
• Ensure paperwork/electronic records are completed accurately and timely.
• Occasionally provide seat support to individual clients.
• Deliver portions of initial and recurrent ground school.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
