Radancy in Vienna, Austria is seeking an AI Engineer to help build AI solutions that connect brands with top talent. You will design AI architecture foundations and define data collection and modeling frameworks to accelerate product impact.

You will collaborate with Data Scientists and other AI teams to implement, evaluate, and productionize NLP/LLM solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant deployments across our cloud infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years as an AI Engineer or equivalent.
• Experience in distributed event streaming platforms (Apache Kafka).
• Experience building backend services in Rust, Scala, Go, or similar.
• Knowledge of AI / ML fundamentals and model optimization techniques.
• Understanding of NLP, LLMs, RAG, and embedding models.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines for deploying and maintaining backend services.
• Experience working on highly concurrent backend systems with durable state and fault tolerance.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLM evaluation, and model lifecycle management.
• Understanding of responsible AI, security, and compliance in production systems including AWS guardrails and response style tuning.

• Preferably experience with graph databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune).

Salary Range

EUR €70,000–€75,000. The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including, but not limited to, skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
