Qualifikationen

• Extensive construction experience within residential building, ideally in a volume/home environment.
• Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, trades, building codes, WHS and site operations.
• Proven track record leading supervisors and delivering high-volume projects on time and on budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A mindset geared towards systems, structure and continuous improvement.
• A QBCC Site Supervisor licence - essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor and support Site Supervisors and onsite teams to drive high performance.
• Plan, schedule and optimise construction programs to achieve key milestones and deadlines.
• Ensure strict compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, council requirements and WHS legislation.
• Manage project financials including budgets, variations, contracts and cost control.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, certifiers, engineers and councils.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve construction systems, workflows and scheduling tools.
