Admonter Holzindustrie AG in Austria is seeking a Production Manager in the production area to lead a team of about 40 employees. After a thorough training phase, you will take responsibility for implementing projects and driving continuous improvement.

You will monitor production processes, ensure time and quality targets are met, and work closely with production management to achieve strategic goals. A completed wood technology or technical training and several years of leadership experience

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in a comparable management position with employee responsibility
• Completed wood technology or technical training (e.g. HTL)
• Willingness to work in two shifts (2-shift operation)

Aufgaben

• Monitor and coordinate smooth production processes
• Ensure that time and quality specifications are met
• Lead a motivated team and actively develop colleagues
• Be part of the continuous improvement process - ideas welcome
• Carry out quality checks and monitor raw materials and machine parameters
• Create work instructions for the respective process sequences
• Liaise closely with production management and meet strategic and technical targets
• High degree of flexibility with regard to the control and processing of batch size 1 production
