Zusammenfassung

TECCON Consulting GmbH in Kundl sucht eine/n Verpackungsexperte/n mit Fokus auf parenterale Verpackungen. Sie leiten Projekte, liefern Lösungen und arbeiten global im Matrixumfeld, während Sie regulatorische Unterstützung leisten.

Sie bringen Master oder PhD in Ingenieurwesen oder pharmazeutische Technologie, 3+ Jahre Erfahrung, Englisch fließend; Deutsch ist von Vorteil. Attraktive Benefits und langfristige Perspektiven in der TECCON Gruppe.

Qualifikationen

• Master-/PhD in Ingenieurwesen, Materialwissenschaften oder pharmazeutische Technologie.
• 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in Primärverpackung, Medizinprodukte oder Kombinationsprodukten, idealerweise in der Pharma.
• Klarheit in Matrix-Umgebungen; Fähigkeit zu kommunizieren und zu beeinflussen.
• Mentoring-Fähigkeiten und Teamführungserfahrung.
• Projektleitungserfahrung bei technischen Projekten.
• Englisch fließend; Deutsch ist von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Packaging Development: Führt Verpa­ckungsprojekte mit Fokus auf Spritzen, Nadel-Sicherheitsgeräte und Vials.
• Technische Problemlösung und fristgerechte Lieferung von primären Verpackungen und Kombiprodukten.
• Dokumentation gemäß regulatorischer Anforderungen sicherstellen.
• Anwendung von Material- und Prozesskenntnissen zur Entwicklung robuster Verpackungslösungen.
• Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und effektive Kommunikation über Interfaces hinweg.
• Bewertung neuer Technologien und Verpackungskonzepte; Innovationsbereitschaft.
• Unterstützung bei regulatorischen Registrierungen und Behördenanfragen.
• Wissenstransfer und Prozess-Transfer zu internen Teams und externen Partnern.

• Packaging Development: You lead parenteral packaging projects with a focus on syringes, needle safety devices and vials.
• Technical Expertise: You solve design and development issues and ensure timely delivery of primary packaging and combination products.
• Compliance: You conduct technical assessments and ensure accurate, compliant documentation for all packaging components.
• Material & Process Knowledge: You apply expertise in materials and manufacturing processes to drive robust packaging solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You address issues proactively and communicate effectively across teams and interfaces.
• Innovation: You assess feasibility of new technologies and packaging concepts and bring ideas into development.
• Regulatory Support: You prepare documentation for device/combination product registrations and support responses to authorities.

Dein Profil

• Technical Degree: You hold a Master’s or PhD in engineering, material sciences, pharmaceutical technology or similar.
• Industry Experience: You bring 3+ years in primary packaging, medical devices or combination product development, ideally in pharma.
• Matrix Collaboration: You communicate clearly, influence effectively and work confidently in global matrix environments.
• Mentoring Skills: You support and guide others in solving technical challenges.
• Project Leadership: You lead or co-lead innovative technical projects within the team.
• Language Skills: You have excellent English skills; German is a plus.

The gross annual salary is at least EUR 68.900 but of course we offer overpayment in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
