You will develop platform components in C/C++ and help define software architectures, while guiding the team to deliver reliable firmware solutions and maintain high quality through ongoing refactors and improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Several years of experience developing embedded firmware for microcontrollers with emphasis on clean interfaces and testable architectures.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, RTOS concepts, and Python.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive tasks through to completion.
• Collaborative team player with good communication and responsibility.

• Provide technical leadership and mentor a small firmware team while fostering quality and continuous improvement.
• Own and manage the firmware product backlog by structuring requirements and prioritizing work.
• Develop reusable firmware platform components in C/C++ with well-defined architectures and interfaces.
