Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of reciprocating engine technology.
• Experience and knowledge in Cylinder Head and Valvetrain development.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Proven track record of delivering projects with high quality and attention to detail.
• Team player with good English communication skills in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and undertake the development of engine concepts and functions for both new product introduction (NPI) and new technology introduction (NTI).
• Build working relationships with other disciplines to execute development of engine concepts and functions for NPI and NTI.
• Lead and drive multiple projects, identify and mitigate risks, and provide guidance to the team.
• Drive technical investigations and resolutions within RCAs and other quality processes, providing guidance and ownership of significant issues as needed.
• Lead field investigations on client sites to resolve system and functional issues, supporting resolution at component and system levels.
• Carry out challenging design, simulation, testing, data analyses, software definition, and related tasks.
• Prepare written technical reports and coordinate input from across the team, presenting system-level results and project progress in design reviews.
• Lead the preparation process for project design reviews, ensuring all action items are closed prior to the review.
• Flexibility to attend to other reasonable tasks as required.
