• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Fluent German and English.
• Knowledge of Confluence and Jira.
• Background in industrial products, automation, control systems, or HVAC-related technologies.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers, ensuring excellence in quality, estimation, and delivery.
• Act as the key interface between system requirements and detailed software requirements.
• Drive embedded software development projects from planning through execution in a structured, results‑oriented environment.
• Translate business and system needs into robust, scalable software solutions.
• Lead software sub‑projects, including estimation, planning, resource coordination, risk management, and progress tracking.
• Support model‑based development and automatic code generation for embedded targets.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Promote engineering best practices and continuously improve development processes.
