The Great Outdawes Landscaping is an Adelaide based design, landscaping and maintenance company achieving great results in the industry. We are a tight‑knit team focused company with a passion for the outdoors and creating spaces for our clients to enjoy.

Our company has seen rapid growth over the last 18 months and therefore we are requiring another Team Leader to continue with the delivery of impressive projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a leadership role within the landscape construction industry
• Certificate III in landscaping or equivalent trade experience
• White Card
• Current National Police Check
• Drivers Licence
• Experience in hardscape construction is essential

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervising & leading other team members
• Ability to delegate tasks and communicate effectively to get the best out of other team members and for our clients
• Work closely with the supervisor to ensure jobs are completed to the highest of standards and within timeframes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of organisation and professionalism
• Completing all types of landscaping such as paving wet and sand laid, turf installation, retaining walls, fencing, irrigation, horticulture and more
• Ordering and coordinating the materials and subcontractors required on site
• Strong decision making and problem‑solving skills
