We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded professional to join our Senior Leadership Team as a Landfill Manager, based in Victoria.
This is a rare opportunity to lead one of Heidelberg Materials Australia's highest-performing Operations. The role is responsible for the profitable operation and strategic development of our landfill business across the Southern Region, including the ownership and operation of the Wollert landfill, known for its exceptional standards and community engagement.
With a strong compliance foundation already in place, this role allows you to focus on optimisation, long-term development, and risk-managed growth. You will sit as part of the Southern Region senior leadership team, with genuine influence over strategy, capital planning, and future expansion.
The role is primarily Wollert-based, with flexibility to work from our Doncaster office as required.
