Job summary

United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Vienna seeks an experienced consultant to prepare a comprehensive explainer on NCII and an accompanying public awareness package. Deliverables include an 8–10 page explainer, a 60-minute e-learning course, multiple presentations, and a 90–120 second video script, all drafted in English.

The assignment includes revision cycles and submission of editable materials within the working days allocated for each deliverable.

Responsibilities

• A. Create an 8- to 10-page explainer and flyer on NCII, its criminalization under Article 16, and steps for Member States.
• B. Develop a public awareness materials package including a 60-minute self-paced e-learning course, two PowerPoint presentations (10 and 30 mins), a 90–120 second video script, and a social media toolkit with six posts and 10 key messages/10 FAQs.
• C. Deliver a final consolidated publishable package incorporating UNODC feedback, drafted in English and submitted in editable format.
